01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Licious Hair.
02. Product Nature and Variations
Our premium units are carefully handcrafted. Because of the nature of this manufacturing process, slight variations in color tone, density, and texture may occur. Additionally, please note that the digital representation of products on your screen may differ slightly from the physical item due to device display settings and lighting.
03. Product Use and Liability
Licious Hair provides high-quality products, but we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use, alteration, or maintenance after delivery. We are strictly not liable for damage caused to the unit through:
- Chemical processing (such as bleaching or dyeing) performed by third parties or the customer.
- Improper installation techniques (including the use of excessive adhesive or cutting the lace incorrectly).
- Heat damage from styling tools used without adequate thermal protection.
04. Payment and Order Confirmation
Ownership of any product transfers to the buyer only once full payment has successfully cleared. For orders placed using installment plans such as PayJustNow, the dispatch and ownership are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective credit provider. Orders that remain unpaid for 24 hours after checkout may be automatically cancelled to ensure product availability for other customers.
05. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
