Every Licious Hair unit undergoes a strict quality assurance inspection to ensure our high standards are met before leaving our facility. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for this processing and inspection period before your order is handed over to our courier partner.
Delivery Timeline
Once your order has cleared our quality inspection, it is entrusted to The Courier Guy for nationwide delivery. Our standard transit window is 3 to 5 business days. Customers located in major city centers (such as Gauteng, Cape Town, and Durban) may occasionally receive their packages earlier, though this is not guaranteed.
Please ensure you provide a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the package during standard business hours (08:00 - 17:00).
Tracking Your Order
